i love washington. my shirt should have said that instead of NY. but it is true, i do love it here. i think i would be happy living here for the rest of my life {while still traveling to exotic lands of course}

i love the mountains and the trees and i even love eastern washington with the desert, an acquired taste i think. we have seattle 30 miles north of us, the ocean an hour west, and mt. rainier only 46 miles away. i love it!

a couple of weeks ago steph and i took lauren and rachel up to see mt. rainier and it was beautiful! when the weather is nice here it's pretty much perfect. we saw some waterfalls and played in the snow {in june!} and had a grand time.
today mom and i went on a hike...basically i forced her to go and she ended up having a good time. we went up to tiger summit and hiked about 5 miles and had lots of fun--it's gorgeous up there.
