i have a new love...edward sharpe & the magnetic zeroes. they play them on one of the local radio stations and i really loved the song, so i looked them up on itunes and they are fantastic. i particularly like 40 day dream and janglin.

is someone able to explain the strange phenomenon that is when i try to eat healthy and exercise i don't lose weight, but when i do neither and eat whatever i want i don't gain any? it's frustrating me...greatly. plus i am already cranky from my sugar withdrawls. ugh...
