i was at the gym tonight running on the treadmill when i accidently caught the cord of my ipod and it went flying onto the belt, and was consequently flung off the end. i hastily pressed pause and turned around to pick it up when i guy walked by, picking up my ipod and saying "it looks like you lost your ipod there" in a way that sounded like "well there ma'am, it looks like you lost your bonnet" {insert southern accent}.
i thought it was pretty amusing, said thank you, and went on with my run.

other than that, this week has been fairly uneventful. i've been going to the gym at 5am {!} so by the time i get home at night i'm pooped. 9:16 right now and i'm ready for bed. but it's been good. trying to get into a routine, and feeling fairly successful so far.
tomorrow is friday. this is good news.

i'd like to give a shout out to my snow/ice covered family in wa. may the force be with you {or just regular power-back on preferably} because it looks pretty dang miserable up there.

Hahaha that's funny! and thanks for the shout out! At least we still have power over here though. I wouldn't mind if the power went out at work though..... :)
