so this week is not going to be an exciting one. if we're being honest that is. thanksgiving is on thursday and i will be spending it alone...as in, no family at all. this makes me highly depressed. especially when compared to thanksgiving last year.
last year my whole family got together back in puyallup since my brother was going to be leaving for iraq again. it was so fun to have everyone around, and even though it's a little chaotic with that many people and lots of kids running around, it's highly preferred over spending it alone.
last year was a week full of family, celebrating birthdays, taking pictures, and playing with little kids. i will definitely be wishing i was home this week, especially with my parents and sister as they bless their new baby!
