back to the berg...

here are the long awaited {i don't know by who} pictures of my trip to rexburg last weekend. oh, i was SO happy to be back in rexburg and spending time with my roomies and friends. i miss them

i had originally planned to go but then decided i probably shouldn't after spending 500 to fix my car. but i had requested the weekend off and had nothing else to do. so i decided to actually literally like 30 mins before leaving. i got there friday evening and surprised tiff and chels because they still thought i wasn't coming.

i think i also surprised alyssa because she thought i was coming the next day {i love seeing alyssa after it's been a while because she always gets so excited to see you and gives you a big hug} we all piled in my car like old times and went to the tai place for dinner-yum!- then watched some of jaysa's volleyball games and spent the rest of the night chatting.

my lovely friend and old roomie carly was nice enough to let me stay my three nights at her and her hubby's apartment. i spent saturday with her, we saw a movie, went to wally world, bought candy, and then in the evening met up with our other old roomie jessi and all went to craigos. delish--thanks carson, mr. asst manager for the discount. after stuffy ourselfs we went back to their apartment and had a girls night consisting of all our favorite friends episodes, chocolate, candy, and salt and vinegar potato chips.

and what night is complete without me doing crazy things to people's hair? no night, that's what.

i wanted to go to my old ward so tiffany picked me up for church and i got to see that there were hardly any people i recognized left in our ward! yikes...but it was nice and later we all had dinner together. my roommates pointed out to me last year that i have this...obsession i guess you could say...with stirring. if there's something to stir, i'm there.

after dinner we played an exciting round of apples to apples {love that game} and then our friend from last year, kellen, came over to play some good ol canadian pool! we played like old times in the lounge, me almost smashing a lamp. i won the second game and left with no less than 8 bruises and a big scratch on my hand. a game well played!

we finished off the night by sitting in our living room making strange conversation and playing mad-libs.

monday morning carly and i went out to breakfast before i had to leave to go back to utah. i had a really great weekend and was SO glad that i went. i definitely didn't want to come back though. i miss my roommates and love them dearly!
