today is mother's day...my mother is in utah right now with sisters who have just recently had babies...new mothers again! i don't think my mom even knows what i blog is but i just want you all to know that i love her so much! i'm sure i don't show it enough because i act like a brat most of the time but i do.

since my mom isn't here i am spending the afternoon making cookies and listening to ella fitgerald andd louis armstrong {and even though we are half moved into a new house and i know where nothing is, i can always count on my madre to have everything for chocolate chip cookies}, and then this evening going to stephanie's to make dinner for her and her girls and my dad and celebrate mother's day with them.
