i was so fortunate to have a blissful 3 days off from work. my wonderful weekend started thursday morning. i got to volunteer at the scone booth down in springville for their art city days. definitely worth it since i got to wear this super sexy hair net. i also got to hang out with my good friend alyssa. we both intern at the springville museum of art.

after work i got to see my long lost roomie kirby! after two + long years we were reunited. koobs, her sister jordan and i went to tocanos for dinner...quite delicious. afterwards we went to the malt shop here in provo and got some ginormous shakes. also quite delicious.

we stayed up way too late chatting and cutting hair and looking at pictures, then friday went up to salt lake and did some shopping and got lunch.

after so long it was good to spend time together again and so much fun. i will definitely be needing to take a trip out east in the near future.

after shopping all day i came home, scootered/walked to the snow cone shack with my roomie then we all went to a wedding reception in salt lake, followed by the drive-in theater.

it was a double feature...x-men and pirates 4. liked x-men, slept through pirates. needless to say, it was 3am when we got home.

after sleeping in until 11:30AM {!!!}, unheard of for me, i got my swimsuit on and headed over to some ppls for a ward pool party. it was a lot of fun and my tan is progressing quite nicely, although somewhat patchy.

i spent the rest of the night relaxing. all in all, quite a nice weekend.
