so i finished reading caravaggio's bio. it was very interesting and i quite enjoyed it. i feel like i didn't really know much about him, and really we don't know a lot; most of the info there is about him is from court records, police {what were they called in the 15-1600s?} reports etc. he was quite the contentious fellow. but he created some stinkin awesome art!

up now is the agony and the ecstasy. i love michelangelo so i'm quite enjoying it. it's fiction...but it's still fun to read. i did go the the library last night and checked out 3 more books, all nonfiction, all art related. i'm a bit obsessed! but that's ok. i enjoy them and i'm learning. what's not to love?!

roomie and i walked around campus tonight. its so nice today...well it was. it's nighttime now. but we walked up to the wilk and got us some taco bell, then meandered over to the MOA. going along with my book theme, they have a new exhibit and it's like 1000s of books stacked up perfectly into this cube-ish shape. it's really quite amazing. like seriously...1000s of books. scriptures, dictionaries, text books, kids books etc etc... you should all go.
