day two of going to the gym {after my two week absence} was very good. i was there for about an hour and a half. i did the elliptical, biceps, triceps, a few leg machines, and the rowing machine!

though i think that last one was maybe a mistake because my tailbone has been killing me...and now it hurts again.
but i worked out hard which is good. i want to start biking to work, or the gym, or wherever. with gas so stinking expensive it pains me to fill my tank as often as i do. and once i'm down in provo, everything is close together...plus i'll just get more exercise that way.

i think a trip to the D.I. is in order.
