2015 recap...

pretty much every single year i'm surprised when christmas passes and it's new year's eve again. this year wasn't any different. but it was a pretty dang good year.

i started a new job at byu, got t-boned and had my car totaled which led us to buying our own home {much earlier than we were thinking we'd be able to}, played a lot during the summer, took lots of road trips, celebrated our first year of marriage, turned THIRTY, went to WA for thanksgiving, took a quick trip to mexico, and finished out the year with a nice quiet christmas at home. magical indeed.

i'm excited for a new year though! i love the idea of a fresh new start, setting new goals, and seeing what a new year brings. maybe this is over reaching, but i'm going to try giving up soda for the whole year. i don't drink a TON of it by any means, but i do enjoy a good DDP every once in a while. so i don't think it would be too difficult.
i'm also going to attempt going back to a no sugar except on sundays thing. i did it for a long time...a while ago ha. i can be disciplined!
here's to a new year and all that's to come with my lover...hopefully it's a lot of good things!
