that moment when you experience temporary insanity...

but of the good kind of course. you know those artists who are totally cray, but create totally awesome things? so really, the insanity is good because good things come of it? yes those. well that's what i experienced yesterday. fo reals.

i bought a plane ticket. to VIETNAM. vietnam people. whaaaat in the world? yep, i'm going to vietnam. let's say it again...vietnam. but also cambodia and thailand. THAILAND! it still doesn't seem like i really bought it {but i did}. i am more than excited. i will be going over thanksgiving and it will be phenomenal. srsly though. amazing. life changing. {maybe i'm going to far--but maybe not}

it was a trip that some friends had been considering and i'd been asked to go, but after thinking about it i decided i shouldn't. but then monday night around 12:30am, i see that they bought there tickets. and something came over me {insanity-but good insanity}, and i said to myself...self, i want to go on this trip! like BIG time. so i went to bed, woke up and had said friend email me their flight itinerary, looked up the flight and BOUGHT the ticket. just like that. goodbye 1100 bucks. it's SO gonna be worth it. {disclaimer: i've been saving for a vacation, so i already had the money, i'm not THAT crazy}

so i'd like to give myself a pat on the back for being totally spontaneous and slightly crazed and doing something for myself. it's going to be epic! please enjoy some snapshots of where i will be in...145 days. thankyouverymuch.
