i can not hear you so there's no point in talking to me...

in less than a week, i've been so fortunate as to get some weird infection in my throat, be told that i possibly have mono, followed by a DOUBLE EAR INFECTION, a hacking cough, and near deafness in my left ear. life is peachy.

in all seriousness though...my ears? what's the deal? this is, count it, ear infection number four and five. since last august. i feel like i need to go get tubes or something. i'm simultaneously living the life of a three year old, and a grandma {i only had to take one million pills this morning}.

i got some good ol' horse sized pills there. 

and can i just say that i hate missing a full day of work? and by that i mean i love it, but i hate it. what do people do all day when they're sick at home? people said watch tv, watch movies, sleep. well i'm not one to take it easy when i'm sick...i know i know...so i was bored to tears. i watched 5 movies while i worked on a poster i'm making for my roomie and, luckily, was able to sleep through most of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. {i am not a napper-so this was miraculous...at least it passed 2 hours}.

so while my ears don't hurt anymore, they are still totes plugged up which has made hearing anything, very difficult. and annoying to the max. on the verge of insanity. i don't like losing my senses.

let's hear something positive here...um...the weather has been awesome! glorious really. i'm already sporting a super sweet farmers tan. now the pools and 7peaks just need to open so i can fix that. bring it on summer...bring it on.

ps...my sister erin will be in utah TODAY! today people. i am so excited. {though i won't see her until saturday...and that's if i am completely healed by then. pray for a super fast recovery!}
