at the request of my two faithful readers, i am completing "dc part II". saturday night was the temple, followed by a cheese induced coma. in a good way of course.
it all started when we decided to stop by the grocery store and get some food to make some dinner for when we got home. this turned in to buying 4 different kinds of cheese, 2 baguettes, irish butter, and the makings for shirley temples. we proceeded to make ridiculously fancy...and delicious...french grilled cheeses.
.
sunday was a nice relaxed day including church, delish crepes for dinner with koob's family, then playing with her niece valentine {my new bff} since she kept asking me to go down stairs and chase her around the room.
monday was spent checking out antiques and frolicking around the monuments and checking out the botanical gardens.
for your viewing pleasure...
