so i did something tonight i said i would never...never do. not drugs, no. i trimmed my own hair. yes, that doesn't sound like that big of a deal, but it is. i have never understood why the first question ppl ask after hearing that i'm a hairdresser is "oh, do you cut your own hair?!" NO! why would i do that? let me just say that this was totally out of desperation!

homegirl hasn't had a haircut in a year. 1 year people. that's right, it was christmas last time i had it cut. it's obvs been way too long. so maralie cut the bottom length to make sure it was even, and i trimmed up the layers.

it does feel rather nice right now. my poor locks were fried.
